Every administrative member on our review team is granted access only after completing two-factor authentication protocols, and our internal access credentials are rotated hourly. Your privacy is not a matter of convenience — it is institutionalized. Files submitted through Dropbox are stored externally from our web host, bypassing unnecessary intermediaries and reducing data exposure.
